Please download this form and fill it out for any minor that will be using the gun range facilities. New Florida laws require this new form, and we have provided it here for your convenience. Thank you!
While on the range you are responsible for any damage that you may inflict to the range facility; including any damage to the target carriers, floors, walls, ceilings, or baffles.
Range Officers are here for your assistance and to help provide guidance while on the range. YOU, the shooter, are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any guests under your care. If at any time you have a question, or feel uncomfortable with the handling of your firearm or with any other patron's actions it is your responsibility to advise a Range Officer so that they may lend assistance. Be aware that Range Officers have absolute authority on the range. The rules as outlined above are posted in numerous locations throughout the range and shop, and are recited to EVERY patron going back to the range. The Range Officers will politely remind guests of any infractions, but may take action up to and including dismissal for repeated or willful disregard of the safety rules and practices.
If you are having a firearm transferred to us we require that you notify us ahead of time by stopping in. At the time you stop in to notify us we will have you fill out the 4473 which is required by ATF. We will get your contact information so we can notify you when your firearm arrives. We will also provide you with a copy of our FFL which the shipper should require before shipping the firearm to us.
East Orange Shooting Sports is not responsible for the condition the firearm is shipped in. We will do our best to keep the firearm in the condition we received it in. If you are having more than just a firearm shipped to us there will be additional charges, it is always best to have the accessories shipped directly to you.
